Return & Refund Policy

Due to the specialized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All items we sell are intended for specific scientific, laboratory, or technical uses, which require traceability and safety assurance. Once shipped, products cannot be resold or reused for safety and regulatory reasons.

Refunds for Incorrect Shipments

If you receive a product that does not match what was ordered (wrong item, incorrect concentration, or incorrect format), you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the shipment with photos and order details. Verified claims will be refunded for the value of the product.

Damaged Items

We do not offer automatic refunds for products damaged in transit. However, we take these cases seriously and evaluate each report individually. If your item arrives damaged, please send clear photos of the damage and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. Based on the case, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or other resolution.

No returns are accepted under any circumstance due to product safety handling protocols.
