Shipping Policy

Shipping services are not directly provided by us. All shipping options are selected by the customer during checkout and are linked directly to the available shipping providers. Once a package is picked up by the selected carrier, our responsibility for delivery ends.

Carrier Selection & Method Adjustment

Although the customer selects a shipping method at checkout, we reserve the right to change the selected shipping service after the order is placed if we determine that it is not suitable for the product being shipped. This includes adjustments to ensure regulatory compliance, safety, packaging requirements, or delivery feasibility. We may limit or override the chosen method if necessary, and we do so in the interest of proper handling and lawful transport.

Shipping Errors, Address Issues & Responsibility

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, customer entry errors, or changes in shipping information once the order is placed. We do not offer address changes, reshipment, or refunds for shipping costs. If a shipment is returned due to a mistyped or invalid address, we will refund only the value of the product — not the original shipping cost or payment processing fees.

Refunds and Payment Processing Fees

If a package is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the product only. Shipping fees are non-refundable. In addition, a 5% deduction will be applied to cover payment processing costs, which are non-recoverable on our end.

It is the customer's responsibility to select a valid shipping option and provide an accurate address during checkout.
